Refund and Returns Policy
At Topskart.com, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Products can be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused and in their original condition
With all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted for return.
Return Process
1. Submit a return request through your Topskart.com account or contact our support team.
2. Pack the item securely with its original tags and packaging.
3. Our logistics partner will arrange for a pickup at your location (if available), or you may be asked to ship it back to us.
4. Once we receive the returned item, it will go through a quality check.
Refunds
After the product passes the quality check, your refund will be initiated.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
In case of prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to your account. For COD orders, we may request your bank details for a smooth refund process.
